Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy explains what information CodeBeyonds collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or project estimator, we receive your name, email address, company (if given), your message and the answers you chose.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use it to rate-limit form submissions and do not store it with your enquiry.
The workflow demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you. We don’t add you to mailing lists, sell your data or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
Depending on how the site is configured, enquiries may be stored in a database (Supabase) and delivered by an email provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-focused analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, your details become part of our client records for as long as the engagement and legal record-keeping require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR. Email hello@codebeyonds.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of the page.
